What's happening in James Place?

Construction of 60 King William Street commenced in early 2021, with the $450 million development anticipated to be completed in 2023. The 14-storey office tower will boast state of the art facilities alongside a new retail, food and lifestyle precinct housing 3,500 commercial and retail workers.

The project will create more than 1,500 local jobs during the delivery phase, with 10% of the onsite workforce comprised of new apprenticeships. Once completed, the development will become South Australia's largest real estate project, setting a modern precedent for the future of business and retail in the CBD.
