What began as a culinary dream in Milan has transformed into South Australia's most distinctive mobile pizzeria, bringing the authentic art of "Pizza Contemporanea" to unexpected places. Clandestina’s contemporary pizzas are all about bold flavour and slow-fermented dough. Specialising in "Pizza Contemporanea" or "Canotto," featuring an airy, cloud-like crust that results from our pre-ferment method and a minimum 48-hour fermentation process. This careful preparation creates a pizza that's not only deliciously light and digestible but also offers the perfect balance of soft interior and crispy exterior.
