Cielo is the new tearoom and patisserie experience by handcrafted organic tea label Fresia + Cassia. Inspired by the owner Chaveli’s memories of growing up in Chile, and the moments spent with her grandmother over a cup of her special cinnamon tea, Cielo seeks to bring the traditional Chilian tea time experience to the Adelaide Arcade and pays homage to the original historic tea rooms situations in the basement of Adelaide Arcade.
Cielo offers house-made pastries, French treats, sourdough and baguettes, with artisan tea blends infused with Chevali’s Chilean heritage.
