Expand your cooking skills with live demonstrations and tastings from Sprout, along with exclusive masterclasses hosted by some of your favourite brands, including Red Hen Gin, Koko Black, and RIEDEL. Watch as these talented chefs whip up mouth-watering recipes using their favourite local produce from South Australian brands, and beyond.

After the demonstration, you’re invited to sample an amazing range of local products to stock up your own pantry, before setting out to find delicious eateries and homeware retailers throughout the Precinct to use that new found inspiration!

Your ticket includes the opportunity to taste the finished dishes (as well as the recipes for you to take home and recreate), plus a perfectly paired tasting to complement the showcased ingredients.
