The 50th Birthday Parade

You won’t want to miss this one! It’s set to be a cinematic spectacular. Once in a generation. Watch as history is on the move, in a celebration for the ages! On Friday 4 September at 5pm, be there as the Mall comes alive with performers and music, creating a moment that will remembered for generations.

The Prosecco Piazza

We’re saying cheers to 50 years at the Prosecco Piazza! Sit back, relax, and sip away with a glass of Alpha Box & Dice prosecco, as we take a cheeky nod to the champagne fountain that they drank from at the opening of Rundle Mall in 1976. On Friday 4 & Saturday 5 September, soak up the bubbling atmosphere around you and toast to the magical memories ahead!

The Merry-Go-Mall

What’s a party without a bit of fun? For the little kids (and big kids at heart!), this one’s for you. From Tuesday 1 – Sunday 6 September, we’ve got free carousel rides for everyone! And yes, you read that right – it’s completely free. We want to thank you for being a part of the Rundle Mall magic!

We’re here to celebrate memories, and of course – make memories! At the Gawler Place Intersection, from Tuesday 1 – Sunday 6 September, we’re taking you on a journey of days gone by. Immerse yourself in the decades of Rundle Mall! From the times of cars traversing Rundle Street before it was Rundle Mall, to the era of John Martins and John Farnham, and your favourite pieces of Adelaidean history (hello, Dazzeland!), watch as these snippets come to life in Memory Lane.
