The team behind the iconic Shibui dessert bar are coming to Rundle Mall this winter, for an extra delicious 2-week pop-up!

ShmochiI by Shibui will be taking over the Gawler Place Canopy from Monday 20 July – Sunday 2 August, serving up their mouth-watering desserts from 11am daily.

Shmochi by Shibui is adding another reason to treat yourself with its own take on the viral dot cake trend, and it is available exclusively at the Rundle Mall pop-up! Enjoy layers of soft serve, sprinkles, and cake for this spin on a must-try dessert.

Tuck into their soft and chewy signature mochi doughnuts, served fresh and warm with your choice of condensed milk or icing sugar! For something super unique, try their Insta-worthy Taiyaki mochi waffle cone, filled with either vanilla or taro flavoured soft serve. If you’re feeling a little bit indulgent, opt for a donut sundae – complete with your choice of ice cream flavour, mochi donuts, condensed milk and sprinkles!

Whether you’re stopping by after a shopping trip, meeting friends in the city or looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, the pop-up has been designed to deliver a little sweetness to your day.
