Shmochi by Shibui Pop-Up

They’re back! Shmochi by Shibui is popping up in the heart of the city to help celebrate Rundle Mall’s 50th Birthday, bringing its signature Japanese-inspired sweet treats to shoppers, dessert lovers and anyone looking for an excuse to indulge.

From Monday 31st August, Shmochi by Shibui is yet again adding another reason to treat yourself with its exclusive Rundle Mall 50th Birthday dessert – The Chocolate Flake Cake. Comprising of chocolate mudcake, chocolate ganache, soft serve, chocolate topping and gold leaf, it’s a decadently sweet treat fit for a milestone birthday, available exclusively for a limited time at the pop-up.  Alongside the exclusive birthday dessert, visitors can enjoy Shmochi’s much-loved hot mochi doughnuts, soft serve and other delicious Shmochi dessert creations.

Known for putting a playful spin on classic desserts, Shmochi has built a loyal following for its freshly made mochi doughnuts, premium soft serves and creative ice creams.

Whether you’re stopping by after a shopping trip, meeting friends in the city or looking for an afternoon pick-me-up, the pop-up has been designed to deliver a little sweetness to your day.

You can find the Shmochi by Shibui pop-up located at the Gawler Place Canopy from Monday 31st August through to Sunday 20th September.
