On my travels in Rundle Mall today I have noticed the big red SALE signs are out!

On closer inspection there are an abundance of AMAZING price reductions and bargains galore.

Here are a few tips on how to shop wisely and get the most value for money...

• Before you hit the stores make a list of what you need.

• Buy quality classic wardrobe items like a blazer jacket, a structured winter coat or a pair of boots in a neutral colour eg. black, grey or taupe.

• Only buy clothes that fit there and then.

• Think about what is already in your wardrobe make sure it matches at least three other pieces you already own.

• Remember, it is not a bargain unless you will wear it.

• Does the garment suit your lifestyle, colouring,  and body shape?
