Meet the friendly staff at the Rundle Mall Management Authority:

Martin Haese – General Manager

Having founded, built and sold a multi-store retail chain with sixteen stores located throughout Adelaide and Melbourne, Martin has over 20 years of direct experience as a retail owner and manager. With four of those retail stores and a head office all previously located within the Rundle Mall precinct itself, Martin has a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities that confront the retailers within the precinct on a daily basis.

Since 2005, Martin has been the Managing Director of Retail IQ and worked as a part-time University lecturer where he facilitates retail management, retail marketing and entrepreneurship to Masters level students.

In January 2010, Martin was appointed to the role of Rundle Mall General Manager and is now working closely with the RMMA Chairman, Board of Directors and Rundle Mall office team. Martin oversees the day-to-day marketing, events, operations and management of the precinct and delivers the strategic imperatives as directed by the RMMA Board.


Amanda Gayler – Marketing

Amanda works full time managing the marketing campaigns for Rundle Mall Management. The campaigns include Autumn and Spring Fashion, South Australia’s Biggest Sale, Christmas and marketing support for the various events in Rundle Mall. Amanda has previously worked in the marketing field with companies such as The Royal Society for the Blind and SA Great.


Jade Ward – Events

Jade works full time coordinating the events and promotions in Rundle Mall. These events include school holiday activities, fashion parades and weekend street theatre. Jade has worked with Adelaide City Council for over 5 years and in a variety of roles including Rundle Street markets and UPark.


Judith Mulconray – Administration and Contracts

Judith has extensive experience working with the Adelaide City Council ove rthe past 8 years in many valuable roles from Customer Service, Volunteer Coordinator, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant to the General Managers of City Services and City Assets. Judith also coordinated a very successfu; Sister City Delegation to Serawak, Georgetown and Penang in 2007. Tara Bria – Marketing & Sales

Tara works part-time in the office coordinating all social media campaigns and managing advertising sales for the UNIQUE Style on Rundle Magazine as well as assisting Amanda with various marketing campaigns. Tara has previously worked in the marketing field for companies such as Rivergum Homes and DLA Phillips Fox. She is currently completing her bachelor of management (Marketing) at the University of South Australia.


Tania de Palma – Casual Mall Leasing

Tania works part time in the office to coordinate all bookings, checking safety standards and finding new and exciting activities.
